For those of you who know me well, you know that I am TERRIFIED of storms & tornadoes! I can't imagine living on the coast or in the path right now. All of that to say that I am praying very diligently for my brother and sister-in-law, Scott's aunt, and my mom's family. Please join me in praying for their protection. (Greg & Jana are in an apartment) Also, Jameson is in College Station without roommates. My brothers always know how to lighten the mood though. Greg & Jana posted this pic on their blog today. Greg also reassured us that he had his "hurricane preparedness" kit that his office gave him. When my mom asked Jameson if he was going to be OK, he replied, "I bought a pirate hat and a sword, so I am ready to face the storm!"

I didn't read this before the storm, but I have faith that God saw them all through the storm. I have a picture of Jameson doing that to street sign in Chicago...Must be a Mattern Pose.
