Baby Bump

This was taken with a phone and not a great picture, but I had to document the belly. This is almost 34 weeks!  I feel like the countdown has officially begun. I still have not completed the nursery yet! In fact, since we are in a duplex I am having to pull out all the junk from that room and find a spot for it somewhere else in the house. I do have a sweet friend coming over this week and we are getting things done! I feel lots more uncomfortable at this point than I did while pregnant with Hollyn. And the comments have officially begun. This NEVER happened with Hollyn either! Just this last week I have gotten, "When are you due? Wow. You still have a while!" I have also gotten, "How are you feeling? You look really tired." It baffles me that anyone thinks these are great conversation starters or compliments of any kind. This is a fun fact, at 34 weeks,  I officially weigh what I did when I delivered Hollyn. Oh, well. The baby is head down and still active. His kicks and movements are a lot more uncomfortable than hers were. I am not so sure that Hollyn will adjust smoothly at first. Just this week she told my mom, "When brother comes I am going to throw him in the trash!" My mom told her not to say such things so then she  said, "Well, I am going to send him back to the hospital then!" Things could get very interesting around here. I am praying she will cut back on the fits and improve on the sleeping. It will be a miracle because we are 6 weeks and counting...

You are beautiful and so is your bump!! I always got comments like that when I got to the end too. Lovely... and I always enjoyed the random strangers arguing with me on whether or not I had dropped??! Really??! haha! I'll be praying for a miracle to happen in these next weeks with Hollyn, and for God to grace you with an amazing supply of strength and endurance... and for God to change Hollyn's heart from hate to love toward her new baby brother. She's probably just fearful of the change and of the unknown.

You look adorable!!! I don't know why anyone would say anything less than flattering to a pregnant woman...EVER?!? I think those who have had children before must forget how they felt while pregnant, and think they can say whatever pops into their head. I can't wait to meet Anderson! Let me know if there is anything I can do to help you get ready. I predict Hollyn will fall instantly in love with him once she sees him. :)

I think you look rather small. No lie. When I started reading that first sentence I thought you were going to say it's an old photo.
Gotta love the pregnant comments and unwanted advise/opinions! So close now!
I will be praying big sister handles this big life change well!
